Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are divorcing and will file paperwork Friday in Florida, TMZ reported.

Brady and Bundchen's attorneys have reportedly been negotiating the terms of the divorce for more than a month.

The estranged couple share two children Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9. Brady is also a father to a son, Jack, 15, from his relationship with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

Bundchen and Brady agree on custody and property distribution, but the terms of the settlement will remain confidential.

The couple's marriage reportedly began to fall apart earlier this year when Brady announced he would return as a quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, weeks after announcing his retirement.

Sources close to the couple said Bundchen wanted Brady to retire to spend more time with their family.

Bundchen previously told Elle she was worried about Brady's return to the field for the October 2022 cover story.

"Obviously, I have my concerns — this is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present. I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again," she told the publication. "But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them]. He needs to follow his joy, too."

Since rumors of their spilt began to circulate, Bundchen has been noticeably absent from Brady's games and spotted without her wedding ring.

Meanwhile, Brady has been having a difficult football season and lost to the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday Night Football. The latest defeat marks the first time since 2002 that Brady has lost three consecutive games.
