  • Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber called out Takeshi 6ix9ine for his malicious accusations
  • Justin Bieber rushed to Ariana Grande's defense and lectured accuser of rule
  • The rapper alleged Ariana Grande used six credit cards to buy 30,000 copies of 'Stuck With U'

Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber are vehemently denying Tekashi 6ix9ine’s claims that they cheated and that the former bought their way to the top of Billboard Hot 100.

In a lengthy Instagram post, Grande explained that she owes it to her and Bieber’s fans for buying copies of their collaboration, “Stuck With U,” which was released to benefit the First Responders Children’s Foundation. She went on to express her utmost gratitude for the avid supporters who fought hard for the song to win despite no requests from her.

Without naming Tekashi 6ix9ine, she asked for the displeased parties to humble themselves instead of turning people, particularly women, down.

“[T]o anybody that is displeased with their placement on the chart this week or who is spending their time racking their brain thinking of as many ways as they can to discredit hardworking women (and only the women for some reason.....), i ask u to take a moment to humble yourself. be grateful you're even here. that people want to listen to u at all. it's a blessed position to be in (sic)," Grande wrote.

Bieber also took initiative to call out the accuser even though he wasn’t named in allegations. The Canadian crooner explained that the rule that a credit card can only purchase a maximum of four copies is clear and expressed his awe over working with Grande, E! News reported.

After saying that the sales were real, Bieber went on to call out Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose hit “GOOBA” sits at the no. 3 spot, for only naming Grande in his accusations when it was a collaboration.

The drama escalated when the rapper, who had just been back on the music scene after serving jail time, accused the Grammy winner of buying the top spot of the famous hit chart. Tekashi 6ix9ine, or Daniel Hernandez in real life, claimed that Grande manipulated the result by using six credit cards to buy 30,000 copies of her song with Bieber.

However, Billboard and Nielsen Corp. only allow up to four purchases of a song per credit card so presumably if Grande used six plastics, then she would have only bought 24 copies.
