India's Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has once again summoned the CEO of Cordelia Cruises in connection with the drug bust conducted on one of its ships Saturday, after which Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood A-lister Shah Rukh Khan, was arrested.
Following the cruise ship's return from Goa Monday afternoon, NCB recovered more drugs from the vessel, prompting the officials to summon the executive Tuesday.
Cordelia Cruises is India’s premium cruise liner which was founded in 2020. The company is owned by Waterways Leisure Tourism Pvt. Ltd. Cordelia.
Previously, NCB summoned the company's CEO when they raided the ship Saturday night and seized 5 grams of MD, 22 pills of MDMA (Ecstacy), 21 grams of cannabis resin and 13 grams of cocaine, along with $1,785 in cash.
On the same day, NCB interrogated Cordelia Cruises CEO Jurgen Bailom. According to him, the cruise does not book any shows and they are just "operators." Bailom further explained that the event was held by a company called Namas'cray.
"I am not involved in this," Bailom told reporters Sunday. "The ship left after the raids The ship is coming back tomorrow. There were 1,000 guests on the list."
Bailom also issued a statement on Cordelia Cruises' social media denying involvement in the matter.
"I wish to express that Cordelia Cruises is in no way, directly or indirectly, connected to this incident. Cruises had chartered its ship for a private event to a Delhi-based event management company. We condemn all acts such as these and will strictly refrain from letting our ship out for similar events in the future".

Based on multiple reports, a man named Shreyas Nair was also arrested Monday for supplying drugs to nearly 25 people at the cruise party. Various types of drugs, including MDMA pills and mephedrone, were recovered from him.
Nair is reportedly a high-profile drug peddler who used to take drug orders in exchange for cryptocurrency.
Aryan, 23, will be kept in the custody until Oct. 7. NCB informed a magistrate's court Monday that he needs to remain in custody since his phone chats need to be checked to probe evidence "pointing toward international drug trafficking," IndianExpress said in a report.
Besides Aryan, seven others have been sent to NCB's custody. These individuals include Arbaaz Merchant, Munmum Dhamecha, Mohak Jaiswal, Nupur Satija, Ishmeet Singh Chadha, Gomit Chopra and Vikrant Chhokar.
