Ashley Graham Celebrates Married Life, Shares Steamy Photo With Husband Justin Ervin

Ashley Graham is very much happy with her married life.

On Tuesday, Graham shared a snapshot on Instagram with her husband, Justin Ervin. In the photo, the two are cuddling and kissing. "No caption necessary #marriedlife," the model wrote in the caption.

Graham and Ervin married in 2010, a year after they met. After seven years, the couple are still very much in love with each other. Graham has been open about her relationship with Ervin, how they started and grew as a couple.

In an interview with Glamour in May, Graham shared the struggles she and Ervin faced simply because he was black. "I really like you, and I really want to be your boyfriend. Will you be my girlfriend?" Ervin asked Graham. "I said yes. But the truth is, I wasn't sure," she admitted.

When she brought Ervin to Nebraska to meet her grandparents, her grandma entertained them but was so cold. "I had never seen my loving, hardworking, and wonderful grandma be so hurtful and so racist. I was in shock," Graham said. On their way home, Ervin told her, "Racism is never surprising but always disappointing."

However, he never gave up on her family. When Graham's grandparents celebrated her 60th wedding anniversary, Ervin called her grandmother. And since then her grandma has loved him. According to Graham, her husband is the type who "puts love before pride."

Graham also shared that before meeting Ervin, she had a terrible dating history. Men don't stick with her. They just want her in bed and leave her after. Then she decided to join a church and one Sunday, she was assigned to stand in the elevator to welcome people, and there she met Ervin. He was not her type. For her, Ervin "exuded a major nerd factor." But Graham found her smart and funny, so she agreed when Ervin asked her out for a coffee.

"My romance with Justin was innocent and sweet. He cooked for me. We went rollerblading and biking; we did karaoke, went to the movies, took an improve class together," Graham said about their relationship. She also added that they practice abstinence before their wedding because Ervin is committed to his faith.

"My husband and I waited; call me crazy, but it worked. Our sex is amazing!" Graham told Elle Canada. In the same interview when asked about the thing that she is most proud of, the model mentioned her marriage. "We have a solid foundation, we're best friends and we have incredible chemistry. I'm so happy to know I can build something with somebody," the "America's Next Top Model" judge said.
