  • "Wrath of the Druids" DLC is now available
  • The first DLC of "Assassin's Creed Valhalla" was released last month
  • Ubisoft has not yet revealed when it will release the "Siege of Paris" DLC

Game developer Ubisoft released "The Wrath of the Druids," the first of the two downloadable contents set to launch on "Assassin's Creed Valhalla," last month. The only information available about the game's next expansion pack is that it is titled "Siege in Paris." Interestingly, it appears that more details about the upcoming content have been recently discovered in the game's files.

In a YouTube video, reliable industry insider Jonathan revealed the synopsis of the "Siege of Paris, which was apparently uncovered in the game's files.

"To the South, the kingdom of Francia has unified under a single king for the first time in a hundred years," the synopsis reads. "Charles the Fat, the great-grandson of Charlemagne, now wages a slow war against the Norse in Francia. England could be next. Ravensthorpe must make new allies in Francia to avoid the threat of war. A visitor will arrive at Ravensthorpe's dock to launch the adventure."

Ubisoft has not yet revealed when it is planning to release the next DLC of "Assassin's Creed Valhalla." However, according to the insider, the "Siege of Paris" might release on Nov. 9. This is not an official date and could be a placeholder. It is also possible that the date suggests when the "Season Pass" content will be out.

The insider also shared that the "Siege of Paris" DLC would take place in 885, several years after the events in "Assassin's Creed Valhalla." Fans expecting the Hidden Ones to be included in the next expansion might be disappointed though. Apparently, the character dialogue from the uncovered files suggests the Hidden Ones won't be around.

While Jonathan has an impressive record of providing accurate information ahead of its official announcement, these details about the "Siege of Paris" are not official. "Assassin's Creed Valhalla" players should therefore temper their expectations and take this latest set of information with skepticism.

"Assassin's Creed Valhalla" is available on PC, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.
