Audrina Patridge Calls Relationship With Ex-Husband Corey Bohan 'Toxic'
Audrina Patridge revealed details of her allegedly abusive relationship with ex-husband Corey Bohan. The former couple was married from 2016 to 2018 and they share a six-year-old kid named Kirra Max.
Patridge, who began dating Bohan in 2008, shared on Alex Cooper's "Call Her Daddy" podcast Wednesday, that initially she thought Bohan "was very healthy and all about his career. He had a whole different vibe about him than these L.A. guys."
However, she noted that they never really dated consistently for more than six months, adding that it was "this off-and-on relationship where it's not a secret that it was toxic, there's pictures of me crying all the time in the street."
A Twitter user shared photos of Patridge's crying on the street amid a fight with Bohan.
The 37-year-old TV personality also shared how her ex cheated on her multiple times, revealing that she got this information from her Twitter fans who used to spot Bohan "making out" with other women.
After confronting Bohan, she explained how he blamed her fans saying they "don't want you to be happy."
Patridge spoke about how to identify the red flags in a relationship, hinting that she has faced all of these.
"If someone doesn't trust you or they're constantly wanting you to delete your social media accounts or constantly wanting to go through your text messages or you can't even go have a girls' dinner without being blown up the whole time because you're being accused of going out to cheat or there might be a guy there that you run into," she said. "Those are all red flags, run!"
Patridge further shared that when she got pregnant, she thought getting married to him might change things but it didn't help.
"He was so excited to be a dad and just for this new chapter in our lives, but things gradually got worse," she said. "He was an amazing dad, he made her laugh, he played with her, he was very helpful, but he was gone all the time."
On the work front, Patridge was featured in "The Hills" from 2006 to 2010. She went on to appear on a reality dancing show, "Dancing with the Stars" as a contestant in 2010. She was also featured in "The Hills: New Beginnings" from 2019 to 2021.
