Avril Lavigne, Chad Kroeger Snap Up $5.4M Sherman Oaks Estate

Pop rocker Avril Lavigne and husband Chad Kroeger are proud owners of a gorgeous new mansion in California. The couple’s Sherman Oaks estate costs $5.4 million.

Lavigne and Kroeger’s new abode is a French-style house with six bedrooms and 7.5 baths. According to E!News, the 7,888-square-foot estate features vaulted ceilings, a dramatic double staircase and two pairs of balconies even Juliet would fall in love with. The house has a double staircase and a large, heated swimming pool and outdoor area that is perfect for summer parties.

There’s also a home gym, basketball court, a mini theater and an outdoor kitchen. The estate also boasts a spacious indoor kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, two refrigerators, a walk-in pantry, granite countertops and an oversized island. The Sherman Oaks property also has a den located in the loft, several stone carved fireplaces and a fire pit.

The couple’s master bedroom has its own fireplace and a walk-in closet. The master bath is decorated with beige colored tiles and features double sink vanities, enormous white soaking tub and a separate, glass walled shower.
