‘The Bachelor’ 2021 Spoilers: Does Matt Get Engaged To Rachael? Winner Update

Since the premiere of the 2021 season of “The Bachelor,” rumors have swirled that Matt James ends up with contestant Rachael Kirkconnell. Fans of the ABC dating series now have an update on what they can expect come the show’s Season 25 finale.

After failing to officially confirm her win but teasing for weeks that Rachael’s friends and family in her hometown had spilled the beans on her winning “The Bachelor,” spoiler king Reality Steve has more details on the ABC lead's relationship status post-show.

In a Thursday update, he revealed that his sources have confirmed Rachael is the winner of Matt’s season.

“…from the beginning of December on, it seemed like everyone and their mother in Cumming, GA was telling me they ‘heard’ Rachael won by giving me ‘word around here is’ emails,” he wrote, adding, “Well Tuesday night into yesterday, I got the confirmation I needed about this seasons spoiler.”

According to his findings, Matt not only chooses Rachael in the finale, but they’re also still an item.

“Matt chose Rachael and is still with her,” he wrote.

As for whether Matt and Rachael will make the big jump into an engagement on the show, it appears no one has leaked that information just yet.

“I do not know if they’re engaged or not,” the spoiler blogger noted.

As for what their status will be by the time finale night rolls around, that remains to be seen. Fans of the show know "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" couples tend to quickly come and go. As of this week, not one, but two Bachelor Nation couples have called it quits.

The blogger’s winner confirmation comes just shy of three weeks after he revealed Rachael’s possible win to his readers and just days after Matt was speculated to have leaked his own winner online.

Last weekend a "Bachelor" fan account discovered he had been listening to a Spotify playlist of Rachael’s. The discovery came about after he failed to make his account private. Matt and ABC have yet to address this possible winner leak.

As for what else fans can expect from the rest of Matt’s season, spoilers indicate that his final four will consist of incoming contestant Michelle Young and current participants Bri Springs and Serena Pitt. Reality Steve has reported their hometown dates will take place at this season’s Nemacolin Woodlands Resort.
