'Bachelor' Peter Weber's Mom Barbara Weighs In On Relationship With Kelley Flanagan
By now, there's no way that Bachelor Nation doesn't know that Peter Weber and Kelley Flanagan are together. However, even though the two seem head over heels for each other, there is one question "The Bachelor" fans really want to know: What does Barbara Weber think of their relationship?
Barbara, a.k.a. Peter's mom, was very vocal about her opinions on the women her son chose during his time on the ABC show, so it makes sense that when the couple appeared on Monday's episode of "The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons — Ever," host Chris Harrison would do the honors and find out whether or not Kelley received the stamp of approval. As it turned out, she did, and Barbara couldn't help but gush about her son's girlfriend.
"It's a dream come true," she said of the 28-year-old's relationship. "I love her. I love her so much. We get along so great."
Barbara added that Kelley is like "the daughter that I've always wanted."
With his mom on board, Peter joked that the next step for the couple included "Kelley's moving into my parents' house."
"No, I'm just kidding. I'm kidding," he clarified.
"We are really excited for the future. When this whole thing finally ends we talked about, we both have dreams, we'd love to live in New York City for a little bit and get that experience. So, hopefully, fingers crossed, that's in our future and just enjoy each other," the Delta pilot said.
The on-screen interview was the couple's first since going public with their relationship in May. Does that mean fans will see more of them aside from social media? The answer is unknown, but Kelley, a Chicago-based attorney, hinted that it could be a possibility.
Earlier this month, underneath a photo of "The Bachelor" couple drawing in close for a kiss while wakeboarding, someone commented, "I want an after after the final rose live with Chris Harrison cuz I feel like we’re still living your season."
"Might be coming soon!" Kelley replied.
