A Barcelona star may have just given his suitors some transfer boost.

Ousmane Dembele is now on the radar of big-name clubs following a series of impressive performances for Barcelona.

With a contract extension yet to be sealed, the French winger isn’t sure about what’s ahead of him, leaving the door open for one of his suitors such as Manchester United.

“My future? I still have a year of contract left. There hasn’t been a discussion with the club yet, I’m happy, and I feel good,” Dembele recently told BeIn Sports.

“Then there is the new president [Joan Laporta] who has arrived and whom I do not know too well, but he is very close to the players,” he added. “We’ll see how it goes.”

Despite his history with injuries, Dembele has been resurgent under the watch of Ronald Koeman this season, having bagged five goals in 24 appearances. So far, the 23-year-old is feeling good about his health.

“Healthy living is just people talking,” the two-time La Liga champion pointed out. “The injuries aren’t because of that. You don’t stay at Barca for four years with a poor lifestyle,” he said.

“I feel good since my return,” he continued. “Yes, it’s true that I stand up more to opponents. Clement [Lenglet] teases me by the way, telling me that I have to throw more punches!”

Manchester United is believed to be rekindling their interest in Dembele after a botched loan deal last summer.

Earlier reports stated that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side is likely to come up with either a bid for Barcelona’s second most expensive signing in the upcoming transfer window or wait to sign him for free when his contract with the Spanish club ends.

Aside from Manchester United, Serie A's Juventus is also keeping tabs on Dembele. If reports are to be true, the Italian outfit is considering offering Barcelona a swap deal involving attacking midfielder Paulo Dybala.

However, Barca manager Koeman isn’t letting any club take Dembele away from him. Revealing his thoughts on the attacker’s situation, the coach admitted that he wants his “important player” to stay.

“Of course, he is an important player. He has shown today with his game and especially with his goal,” Koeman said of Dembele earlier this month. “Ousmane’s career this season is very good. Physically, he has improved a lot. It is the key to his consistency. If it’s up to me, of course, I’d like him to stay with us.”
