Pattinson’s property has a lot measurement of around 10,440 square feet, Home Bunch reported. Built in 1958, the hacienda-style house provides the kind of comfort a busy person is looking for. Working in a fast-paced environment is stressful but the “Batman” actor was lucky enough to find a house that can give him peace and quiet —a perfect getaway from the city noise.

Privacy has always been an issue to popular Hollywood actors with paparazzi everywhere. Apparently, it won’t be that much of an issue with Pattinson as his house reportedly sits in the property surrounded by trees.

Going inside Pattinson’s house will require visitors to pass through a huge gate. The same ensures that there won’t be any intruders while the actor, who’s set to play the role of Bruce Wayne in the 2020 “Batman” film, is at home, resting.

Moving towards the front door of Pattinson’s house, one will pass through a brick driveway whose landscape is jaw-dropping gorgeous. The same will lead the visitors to a perfectly designed, kidney-shaped pool sitting just in front of the main house.

Along the outdoor hallway, just beside the pool hangs a well-knitted, traditional-looking hammock. One can only imagine how it would feel like lying there, feeling the breeze on your face after a stressful day at work.

The fascinating feature of Pattinson’s house are the doors (yes, there are lots of them) connecting the outdoor and the indoor. Windows, too, are everywhere which allows natural air and sunlight inside the house.

Inside Pattinson’s house is a kitchen and a dining spaces divided by marble counter-tops. Talk about feeling cozy while having dinner, the “Batman” star had a fireplace installed beside the dining table.

On top of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Pattinson’s house also boasts living area with a huge bookshelf. The property also houses vegetable garden beds and a private spa for two. To sum it up, Pattinson’s house allows a full access to a magnificent view of valleys.

Described as versatile actor, Pattinson had played a lot of different roles of the past years. Among others, the English actor played notables of Cedric Diggory in “Harry Potter: The Goblet of Fire.” But what shot him to fame was when he played the role of the astonishingly handsome teenage (technically a century old) vampire, Edward Cullen, in the movies “Twilight,” “New Moon,” “Eclipse” and “Breaking Dawn.”

Pattinson already has an estimated net worth of $100 million, considering he’s been in the industry for more than a decade, Men’s Health reported.
