Ben Affleck Appears Upset As He Vents To Ex-Wife Jennifer Garner: Report

Ben Affleck appeared to vent to his amicable ex-wife Jennifer Garner as they took a stroll together in Los Angeles this week.

Garner and Affleck — who remain in close contact as they raise their three children — were photographed having what appeared to be an animated conversation on a sidewalk Thursday.

In photos obtained by Page Six, the "13 Going on 30" actress, 49, wore a cream knit cardigan, light blue button-down shirt, blue jeans and brown sneakers, which she paired with glasses with black frames. Affleck, also 49, sported a black coat, blue jeans and brown suede boots.

In the snaps, Affleck, who wore a white face mask, can be seen gesturing emphatically as Garner appears to listen to what he's saying. The "Justice League" star was also seen staring at Garner with a wide-eyed gaze at one point.

But although Affleck appeared upset, he wasn't angry with the mother of his children, the outlet noted. Garner appeared calm throughout the conversation and even smiled in some instances, signaling that she wasn't the target of his frustration.

The pair were taking a stroll in Los Angeles together before they took a break to have the discussion, according to photographers who spotted them.

Some paparazzi photos also showed Affleck standing behind Garner, who wore a black face mask, and leaning over to look at a pamphlet she was holding. The contents of the pamphlet are unclear.

Reps for the actors have not responded to requests for comment as of writing, according to the outlet.

Affleck and Garner were married from 2005 to 2018. They share three children — Violet, 16, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 9.

While Affleck has moved on with his former fiancée-turned-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez, he and Garner still get together for the sake of their kids.

The blended families previously came together for Halloween, when Garner joined Affleck and Lopez, 52, as their respective kids went trick-or-treating in Malibu, California. The singer shares 13-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

Affleck and Garner also spent time with their children at Huckleberry café in Santa Monica earlier that day.

"Everyone gets along and the focus is always on the kids. Jennifer, Ben and Jen Garner all wanted the kids to have an amazing Halloween," an unnamed source told People at the time. "The kids are friends and wanted to go trick-or-treating together. It made sense that they all went together."
