Ben Affleck Reunites With Lindsay Shookus After Spending Thanksgiving With Jennifer Garner
Ben Affleck recently reunited with his girlfriend, Lindsay Shookus, in Los Angeles post-Thanksgiving.
The actor just wrapped up his promotional tour for “Justice League,” and Shookus is on the West Coast while on a break from “Saturday Night Live.” But before heading out for coffee together, Affleck reportedly spent Thanksgiving with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their three kids, Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5.
While speaking with Entertainment Tonight earlier this week, Garner shared her Thanksgiving plans with her family.
“Ben’s mom, Chris Boldt, will be in town and she and Ben will take the kids and I’ll have crafts set up and I’ll have T-Ball, soccer, I’ll have anything set up. If they will play with the kids and just let me cook, it is heaven for me. I will make homemade bread, I’ll make stuffing, I’ll make a turkey, I’ll make gravy. I’ll make sweet potato pudding, I’ll make pies. Just let me have that day in the kitchen,” she said.
Affleck and Garner did not share photos with each other or with their kids on social media. But “The Tribes of Palos Verdes” star managed to upload a throwback picture of her mom on Thanksgiving and said that she’s grateful for her.
Meanwhile, Affleck responded to allegations of sexual misconduct while at the press tour for “Justice League” (via People). The actor apologized for allegedly groping Hilarie Burton on “TRL” several years ago. But during an appearance on “The Late Show,” Affleck claimed that he does not remember the incident.
Affleck also responded to Rose McGowan’s claims that he knew that she had been assaulted by Harvey Weinstein. While on “Today,” Affleck seemingly explained why he decided to stay quiet.
“I really don’t want to get into other people’s individual stories because I feel like those are their stories and they are entitled to tell as much or as little of those as they want. I believe Rose, support her, I really like and admire her tenacity and wish her the best,” he said.
