Ben Affleck's Rep Slams Rumors He's Dating Nanny Christine Ouzounian Following Jennifer Garner Split

Ben Affleck's rep is going to bat for the actor, shutting down rumors that he's found comfort in someone close to his family following his split from Jennifer Garner. The pair announced that they would be divorcing last month after a decade of marriage. The couple has promised to move forward with "love and friendship," but that hasn't stopped rumors from circulating about their lives post-divorce news.

Us Weekly recently reported that Affleck is dating Christine Ouzounian. The 28-year-old was hired as a nanny to his three children, Violet, Seraphina and Samuel, in early spring, before he and Garner went public about their split. The publication reported that, although the news had not broken yet, Affleck and Garner were in the middle of a lengthy trial separation when Ouzounian was hired. Sources close to the nanny said she and Affleck bonded while playing with the children and "were very flirty" with one another. They were said to have spent time together in Affleck's rental home, which previously belonged to Brooke Shields, and have communicated regularly via text and email.

"She says Ben really, really likes her," the source told Us. "She's saying this is true love."

Neither Affleck nor Garner have addressed the dating allegations. A rep for the actor claims "the story is complete garbage." According to People magazine, they find claims Affleck and Ouzounian are a couple to be "shameful" and have begun "considering legal options."

While rumors continue to swirl about their separation, Affleck and Garner have been spotted spending time together as a family. They were recently seen attending a school fair with their kids in Atlanta. The estranged spouses were wearing their wedding rings at the time. Affleck, Garner and their children are said to be living on a rental property in Georgia while the 43-year-old actress is filming "Miracles From Heaven." Garner and the kids are occupying the main home on the rental property while Affleck is believed to be staying in a guest home.

Upon returning home to Los Angeles, Affleck and Garner have said that they plan to continue living together on their current property. However, as previously reported Affleck has rented another home nearby as a backup. Sources have said renting another property was "for convenience sake" as he and Garner are renovating the 8,000-square-foot home they once shared. Following the renovations, he will return to living on the property.
