For 11 hours, Democratic presidential candidate and former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was grilled Thursday in a congressional hearing investigating her response to the 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya, that left four Americans dead. Clinton, who faced intense questioning from Republican members of the panel, largely stayed impassive, with only a few memorable moments.

"I would imagine I have thought more about what happened than all of you put together," Clinton said, CNN reported. "I have lost more sleep than all of you put together. I have been wracking my brain about what more could have been done or should have been done."

But if the marathon session didn't produce much political news, it did prompt an outpouring of tweets and memes.
