The Bentonville Film Festival Hosts Cocktails and Conversation At Sundance Film Festival With Geena Davis, Jill Soloway And More
The Bentonville Film Festival (BFF) hosted its first Sundance event and panel discussion on Sunday at Rock & Reilly’s in Park City, Utah, sponsored by EcoTools and Hard Candy Cosmetics.
The packed house was welcomed by BFF co-founders Trevor Drinkwater and Geena Davis who spoke about the festival’s mission to champion women and diverse voices in media. The stage was then turned over to moderator and "Vulture" star Stacey Wilson Hunt, who spoke at length with panelists Jessica Williams of "The Incredible Jessica James," Jill Soloway of "I Love Dick" and Michaela Watkins of "Brigsby Bear" about the gender and diversity disparity in front of and behind the camera.
