Beyonce's Baby Blue Ivy Carter: Jay-Z Swears to Never Use Bit*h in His Songs Again
Days after singer couple Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z welcomed their first child together - daughter Blue Ivy Carter, the rapper has insisted he will never again use the word bit*h in his songs. Is that Blue beginning to work her magic on her father already?
The rapper made the promise in a poem dedicated to his daughter, according to nme.com.
In the poem, Jay-Z writes: Before I got in the game, made a change, and got rich/I didn't think hard about using the word bit*h/I rapped, I flipped it, I sold it, I lived it/Now with my daughter in this world I curse those that give it.
He also goes on to swear he will protect her and the degradation has passed.
He writes: No man will degrade her, or call her name. I'm so focused on your future, the degradation has passed. I wish you wealth, health and insight. Forever young you may pass. Blue Ivy Carter, my angel.
The proud father of the little baby girl, who is the youngest person to appear on Billboard's charts, rarely tweets. However, he made an exception this time and tweeted a week after his daughter was born. It read: Best week ever... three words that said it all.
After all, Jay-Z has so many reasons to celebrate - a beautiful wife, a lovely daughter and his latest song, Glory released a mere 48 hours after she was born.
According to freshlikedougie.com, the couple's friends, to celebrate the birth of Blue Ivy, have already given gifts worth more than $1.5 million!
