‘BH90210’ Cast: Refresher On Familiar Faces And Newbies Before Series Premiere
After forcing fans to wait for months, the highly-anticipated “BH90210,” a quasi-reboot of the 1990s cult hit “Beverly Hills, 90210” is almost on television screens. To keep fans even more excited about the series, nearly every member of the original show’s cast is returning for the special limited series.
While Luke Perry, who portrayed Dylan McKay on the original series, won’t be returning following his sudden death from a stroke in March, the rest of the show’s original teenage/young adult cast will be making a return for the new series, which Ian Ziering revealed in an interview with Us Weekly, follows the actual actors as they try to get an actual reboot off the ground.
“We are playing ourselves after meeting at a fan panel. Tori, who, in the TV series, is a mother of six children and is broke, inspires everybody to get the show back on,” he said. “[Tori’s character] really needs this. So everyone has their reasons of why they don’t want to do it or why it shouldn’t be done, but Tori’s story is so compelling, it convinces everyone to do it.”
