‘Big Bang Theory’ Season 11 Spoilers: 11 Episodes To Air In Second Half Of 2017?

“Big Bang Theory” Season 11 is confirmed to have a total of 24 episodes, 11 of which are expected to air this year.

According to CBS, the first episode for Season 11 will air on Sept. 25. Even though this is a Monday, “Big Bang Theory” will continue to air new episodes on the same day every week until Oct. 23. But starting Nov. 2, the Kaley Cuoco-starrer will return to its usual Thursday at 8 p.m. time slot.

A fan site for the sitcom also released a temporary schedule for the show, which is based on the previous seasons. For October, “Big Bang Theory” Season 11 could release four episodes, but only three episodes could be aired in November. In December, the network typically airs specials, so it’s possible that there will only be two episodes of “Big Bang Theory” in this month.

In the past couple of seasons, “Big Bang Theory” has wrapped up around May. The same could be said for Season 11. In January and March, only two episodes will be released, but in February, four episodes will air on CBS. In April and May, “Big Bang Theory” will release three and two episodes, respectively, making it a total of 24 episodes.

As of late, details about Season 11 are still being kept under wraps. But cast member Kunal Nayyar has recently shared some information regarding Raj’s fate. While speaking with Times Live, Nayyar was asked whether or not Raj will finally find love in Season 11. After all, Penny (Cuoco) and Leonard (Johnny Galecki) are already married, while Sheldon (Jim Parsons) has already proposed to Amy (Mayim Bialik). Additionally, Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) and Howard (Simon Helberg) already have a baby.

“Look, I’ll tell you whether he finds love or he doesn’t find love, he’s not going to stop trying. If he wants to find love, it’s probably not going to be easy. It probably won’t go well,” he said.

But Nayyar clarified that he doesn’t mind that Raj is single. “I think it’s great,” he added.

When asked what he wants Raj to achieve when the series wraps up, Nayyar said that instead of finding love, he wants his character to find himself.
