On Thursday, the houseguests competed in another game, and Faysal was crowned as HOH. But it seems that his week-long reign could go to waste. After telling Rockstar in his goodbye message that he will bring the house down, Faysal appeared to team up with the other side of the house.

Currently, only Faysal and Haleigh remain as the members of their alliance because Swaggy C, Bayleigh, and Rockstar have already been eliminated. Level 6 alliance, on the other hand, still has Brett, Tyler, Angela, and Kaycee. The other remaining houseguests, namely, Sam, Scottie, and JC, seem to be going with the majority vote.

One would think that Faysal would immediately nominate Angela, Tyler or Kaycee for eviction because they were the ones responsible for sending Bayleigh and Rockstar home. But he opted to put Brett and Scottie up. His decision came after Tyler convinced Faysal that his alliance members could be loyal to him.

But the problem is, they are not part of Faysal’s alliance, and it would have been best if he nominated either one of the three members of Level 6. Faysal made it clear that he also didn’t plan to backdoor Tyler. He said that he wants Scottie out. But during the recent eviction, it was Scottie that voted to keep Rockstar in the game.

Anything can still happen in the house. And even if Faysal tries to backdoor Tyler, he could save himself by using the Cloud Power App. But Tyler needs to declare that he has the power before the Power of Veto (POV) competition.

If Faysal wants to live up to his goal of bringing the house down, he should convince Tyler that he’s safe, ensure that he won’t play in the POV game or unleash his Power App, and then backdoor him.

“Big Brother” Season 20 will return to CBS on Sunday at 8 p.m. EDT.
