American musician and pianist, singer-songwriter, and classical composer Billy Joel’s third ex-wife, Katie Lee, has sold her luxurious New York townhouse for $11.65 million she received as part of her generous divorce settlement.

The Piano Man bought the West Village home in 2006 for $5.9 million. The couple got separated in 2009 after five years of their marriage, according to Daily Mail.

After one renovation and a Nate Berkus redesign, Katie Lee listed on the market for an asking price of $12.9 million initially.
