During his battle against Dante, Asta manages to summon his devil. He tells the devil he wants to become stronger, beat Dante, and live by the words of his captain.

The devil is ready to help him, but Asta needs to offer one of his body parts. Asta agrees and the devil takes over the former’s arm.

Using the devil’s power, Asta is able to slash through Dante’s torso and beat him.

However, when Zenon arrives and attacks, Asta asks the devil for his powers again. The devil turns down his request as he feels Asta is too weak and cannot handle anymore devil’s power.
