'The Blacklist' Season 3 Spoilers: Episode 15 Synopsis Released; What Will Happen In 'Drexel'? [VIDEO]

Liz (Megan Boone) is getting closer to a decision on if she should keep her baby or put it up for adoption on NBC's "The Blacklist" Season 3. As Tom (Ryan Eggold) clings to life in a hospital after being shot, Liz may decide that their world really is too dangerous for a baby in episode 15, titled "Drexel."

According to the synopsis, Liz and the task force will investigate the murder of a founder of an internet start-up. Red (James Spader) sees the crime scenes and realizes they're similar to the work of a "notorious killer." He will then try to lead the team to the murderer "through an underground news source."

Meanwhile, after being betrayed by his ex-girlfriend, Gina Zanetakos (Margarita Levieva), Tom was left for dead and had to fight his way to safety in episode 14. In the final moments of the episode, Tom was shown being taken to a hospital after passing out from a bullet wound. Liz still has no idea about the job he went to go do with Gina and she doesn't know about his injuries just yet.

The promo video teases that how Tom ended up in the hospital could change things on the show. Liz is shown asking Red if he's the one that hurt Tom, while Red tries to tell her that Tom is "reckless" and "not worthy" of being the father of her child or her husband. The video comes to a close with Liz asking if Tom will be alright.

While Liz worries about the present, she might have finally got some more answers about her past in episode 14 after Red revealed more details about what happened to her mother. He told Liz that after she shot her father, her mother was never the same and she was last seen walking into the ocean. However, when episode 14 came to a close, Red was shown getting a file that looks like it contains information about Katerina Rostova. Was Red lying again about what happened to Liz's mother? Also, could what her mother went through impact Liz's baby decision?
