Bobbi Kristina Brown Update: Cousin Jerod Brown Accuses Aunt Pat Houston For Sister's Condition

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s cousin Jerod Brown said Monday that his aunt Pat Houston may be responsible for the condition of his 22-year-old sister, who remains in a medically induced coma and has shown no signs of improvement. Jerod also wrote in a Facebook post that Bobbi Kristina’s mother Whitney Houston had been murdered.

“Auntie Whitney was murdered not drowned. That's a fact. Now the whole bathroom plot shows up again w/ Bobbi Kristina's situation. C'mon are you people that bold to try to perform this act again on my family. And the public believes whatever these people put in their faces, i mean it is convincing if you're not on the inside,” Jerod wrote on Facebook. “However, I will let it be known Kristina has always had suspicion about Pat Houston. Soon evidence will be handed over to assist this investigation.”

Jerod has been vocal about Bobbi Kristina’s hospitalization after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her suburban Atlanta home on Jan. 31. Jerod’s latest post comes days after Bobby Brown’s lawyer warned that Jerod’s comments “must be disregarded” as “he has not had any communication with Bobby Brown or the Houston family.”

Jerod, who also goes by Jerod Carter and YF Kennedy, had written several posts slamming Bobby Brown’s media interviews related to his daughter’s condition and also organized vigil for Bobbi Kristina.

“Please do not attend any 'meet and greet' organized by Jerod Brown as he is unable to provide access to Bobbi Kristina or information on her condition. This is a criminal investigation and we do not need this side show,” Bobby Brown’s lawyers reportedly said.

According to People magazine, Bobbi Kristina's aunt and uncle are believed to be the front-runners for the inheritance of Whitney Houston’s $20 million fortune. Bobbi Kristina was listed as the sole heir to her mother's fortune after the latter's death in 2012. The money is currently held in a trust, which is administered by her aunt, Pat Houston, her uncle, Gary Houston, and her grandmother, Cissy Houston.

Police have been investigating the events that led to Bobbi Kristina’s hospitalization for weeks after they found injuries on her body. Bobbi Kristina’s aunt, Leolah Brown, said Sunday that the aspiring actress' boyfriend, Nick Gordon, is under investigation for the “attempted murder.”

“Nick Gordon is under investigation for the attempted murder of my niece Bobby Kristina Brown,” Leolah wrote in a Facebook post. “We have strong evidence of foul play. Until this investigation is completed by law enforcement, I would ask that you or anyone else not provide this individual a platform to spin this situation to his benefit,” she added, referring to Gordon's appearance on Dr. Phil show, which will be aired on March 11. Following his interview on the show, Gordon checked into rehab, TMZ reported.

Just a day before Bobbi Kristina's 22nd birthday, Gordon tweeted a suicidal message, while some new reports suggested that he has been battling an addiction problem.
