It's been a bad couple of weeks for former head coach and current broadcaster Bobby Knight.

Knight, 70, recently used a curse word on the air, prompting ESPN to apologize on his behalf.

On Monday, he appeared via satellite on "The Mike Francesca Show" in New York and was seen with his head down and apparently asleep.

The sports program airs on the YES Network and WFAN on the radio. Francesa, a longtime broadcaster, deflected the situation by saying that there was a technical difficulty.

While Francesa moved on, we can hear Knight say, "hello" moments later and clear his throat, but Francesa proceeded with his text. When Francesa finished, he asked if Knight was available and there was no reply.

Maybe Knight dozed off again?
