‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Can Brooke, Ridge, Hope And Steffy Call A New Truce?
Their truce was blown up after their lines were pitted against one another to see who would receive extra funding from Forrester and still be in production. Now, things are worse than ever between Hope and Steffy, and there’s little reason to believe Brooke and Ridge will make it through this battle either on the Wednesday, Sept. 12 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) opted to keep the intimates line going for Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), which led to a massive scale back on Hope’s (Annika Noelle) Hope for the Future line on the CBS soap. Since then, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) has been furious with him, and their marriage has been threatened as a result. Now, he will plead with his wife to stop holding a grudge as they try to keep moving forward following the drama.
“Don’t blame her for a choice that I made,” he says in a preview clip for the episode.
Brooke has been blaming Steffy for Hope’s misfortune and believes she manipulated her father to vote in her favor, which is why Ridge will demand she stops berating the lingerie designer.
Meanwhile, Hope and Steffy are engaged in a battle of their own, as Hope continues to chastise her opponent over her morals and her mentality that sex sells and should get a focus. However, Steffy will continue to fight back, berating the other woman for judging her in a way she feels she doesn’t deserve.
“I respect you in so many ways,” Hope says in the preview clip.
“And what you don’t respect, you judge,” Steffy retorts.
The two women are likely going to be unable to restore their previous truce after this situation, which will be devastating for not only their individual children but also Liam (Scott Clifton), who will likely be caught in the middle since he’s the father of each child.
“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
