‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Katie And Bill Rehash The Past
Their marriages had been tumultuous ones, full of heartbreak, strife and all kinds of unexpected betrayals. Now, Katie and Bill will rehash some of their history as they meet up to discuss the future, and specifically, the son they share on the Tuesday, August 14 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”
Things have been tense between Katie (Heather Tom) and Bill (Don Diamont) for a while thanks to his attempts to derail her previous relationship with Wyatt (Darin Brooks) at any cost. As a result, he grew distant from their son, Will, and hasn’t been with him much lately on the CBS soap. Now, following Bill officially closing the book on his recent obsession with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Katie will decide it’s time to let him be a part of his son’s life again and will seek him out to figure out a new agreement.
“You need to reconnect with your son,” she says in a preview clip for the episode.
Since his actions involving Steffy have thoroughly alienated Liam (Scott Clifton), and he is only on moderately okay terms with Wyatt, Bill may be elated to have a relationship with his youngest son once again. However, as he and Katie discuss everything that has happened between them, the topic of his recent behavior will come up, and his former wife will needle him about how he tried to break up his son and daughter-in-law.
“Steffy was married to Liam and pregnant with his child,” she says in the clip. “How did you think this was going to turn out?”
Bill may admit that he had hopes things were going to work in the end, especially when he had convinced Steffy to marry him in exchange for his shares in Forrester. However, he will likely admit to Katie that he knows now he became too much like his own father, and he wants that the least. If she believes him, then he may be on the path to truly reconnect with Will again, unless his son no longer wants anything to do with him.
“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
