‘Bones’ Season 12 Spoilers: 5 Things We Want To See Happen In The Final Season
The final season of “Bones” is merely a week away. The fox series will wrap up the storylines of the Jeffersonian-FBI team in Season 12.
The Season 12 premiere will see Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) desperately search for his wife, Dr. Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel), who was kidnapped by her former assistant, Zack Addy (Eric Millegan), in the final moments of last season.
Although “Bones” fans have many wishes for the final season, we’ve compiled a list of the five most important things that should happen in the last twelve episodes of the crime series.
1. Dr. Lance Sweets Returns … Somehow!
Much to the shock and dismay of fans, Dr. Lance Sweets (John Francis Daley) died. He has been sorely missed ever since. It would be great if the writers could somehow bring back the character one last time. No “Bones” farewell will be complete without Sweets.
2. Booth And Brennan Get A Happy Ending
Booth and Brennan share a strong bond and relationship, but the couple have been through their share of ups and downs. They deserve a happy ending, one that doesn’t involve Booth’s gambling problem.
3. Hodgins Walks Again
It was distressing to see Hodgins (T. J. Thyne) struggle with accepting his life as a paraplegic in “Bones” last season. Hope that he would walk again sprung when he experienced muscle spasms in his leg. We would love to see him walk and share the happy moment with Angela (Michaela Conlin).
4. Cam And Arastoo Get Married
“Bones” Season 12 promises a wedding and we have a feeling Cam (Tamara Taylor) and Arastoo (Pej Vahdat) will tie the knot soon.
5. Zack Ends Up In A Good Place
Poor Zack. After being used by a serial killer, the squintern landed in a mental asylum. In the Season 11 finale, it seemed like he is the notorious murderer known as The Puppeteer. However, all signs point to him being a good (and misunderstood) guy. We really hope that he has a happy ending in “Bones” Season 12.
“Bones” Season 12 premieres on Tuesday, Jan. 3 at 9 p.m. EST on Fox.
