‘Boruto’ Episode 255 Spoilers: Boruto And Kawaki Are Not On The Same Page

After settling the fight between the Land of Water and the pirates, Boruto and his friends start moving back to Hidden Leaf Village in "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 255. The new episode is titled "A Tricky Assignment."

The official promo trailer of Episode 255 shows Boruto submitting a report to Naruto about the recent incidents in the Land of Water.

However, Boruto is worried about Ikada’s fate. The trailer shows Boruto and Kawaki getting into a heated argument and it is likely related to Ikada.

Boruto wants the authorities to be lenient with Ikada despite his association with the pirates and going against the Land of Water. However, Kawaki wants Ikada to face severe punishment for his crimes during the war.

Can Boruto convince Naruto to talk with the concerned authorities about Ikada’s fate?

“Boruto’s desperate attempts to reason with Ikada fail and he’s unable to change his mind. He prepares himself to give his life to stop the Land of Water and the pirates from fighting,” read the official synopsis of Episode 254, according to Crunchyroll.

“He tells Sarada and Mitsuki that they should not seek revenge if he ends up dying. However, neither of them is able to stand idly by. Will Boruto and his friends manage to stop this cycle of revenge and restore peace to the seas?!” the synopsis continued.

"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 255 is scheduled to air Sunday. The episodes are available on Crunchyroll, Apple TV and Hulu. The new installments will stream in Japanese with English subtitles.
