'Boruto: Naruto Next Generations' Chapter 53 Leaks, Spoilers: Kawaki's Shocking Reveal, Boruto's New Form

Isshiki could detect Kawaki and drag him out. The latest leaks and spoilers for "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Chapter 53 are also hinting at Boruto's new form.

The new chapter starts from where Chapter 52 concluded. Naruto and Sasuke are surprised to see Kawaki entering their dimension. Isshiki announces Kawaki's arrival and how he will use the latter to escape death.

Twitter user Abdul Zoldyck shared the summary of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Chapter 53. Kawaki is unable to recognize Jigen and suddenly remembers that he is Isshiki, who reveals that he only has five minutes to live.

Isshiki says that as long as Kawaki has the karma carved on his body, the former will automatically resurrect as soon as the time runs out. Naruto tells Kawaki to run as they buy some time.

Isshiki stomps on the Seventh Hokage's stomach with immense force. After the attack, Naruto almost faints and reverts back to his original form.

In "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Chapter 53, Kawaki runs but Isshiki manages to catch him. He goes on to grab Kawaki by the neck to carve the karma. However, Sasuke appears to rescue Kawaki by switching places with him. Isshiki slams Sasuke to the ground.

The villain reminds Sasuke that these tactics are ineffective. As long as he has Byakugan, he can locate Kawaki. Isshiki uses Byakugan but fails to find Kawaki.

A desperate Isshiki takes Naruto hostage and asks Kawaki to surrender. "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Chapter 53 goes into flashback mode as Kawaki remembers Naruto's encouraging words.

With time running out on Naruto, Kawaki comes out but launches a Fire Jutsu at Isshiki who easily absorbs it.

Isshiki ridicules Kawaki and reminds him that he can never become a shinobi. He announces that Kawaki's sole purpose of existence is to be Isshiki's vessel and disappear. However, Kawaki confronts the mighty villain and tells him how Naruto taught him the meaning of life and gave him a purpose.

Kawaki is ready to give his life for the Seventh Hokage in "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Chapter 53. Later, Isshiki witnesses that the karma markings are slowly disappearing from Kawaki's body.

It turns out Kawaki used the Shadow Clone Jutsu to trick Isshiki who is on the ground crumbling. Kawaki reunites with Naruto who is impressed by the former's quick thinking.

Toward the end of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Chapter 53, Sasuke arrives to check on Naruto and Kawaki. They are interrupted when Borushiki (Boruto and Momoshiki's form) appears and stabs Sasuke in the eye.

Borushiki says that he is surprised to see Naruto and his friends defeat Isshiki. He declares he will get rid of them.
