Boruto and his comrades are heading toward the Land of Silence in "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 160. The episode is titled "To The Land of Silence."

The official promo trailer for the upcoming episode teases Boruto and his friends arriving at the Land of Silence, which is a lawless place where criminals congregate. Meanwhile, Mitsuki is missing in the video hinting he will not be joining Team 7 for this mission. In the previous episode, Mitsuki developed a strange condition and was rushed to Yubina, who is a medical ninja and Mugino’s friend. Yubina is an expert in her field and she manages to cure him.

After she removes a piece of wood from Mitsuki’s body, she explains he was attacked by the Hashirama Cell, which entered his body after one of his snake arms bit Anato.

She adds Mitsuki can recover from this as he is more resilient. Meanwhile, Team 7 learns the Hashirama Cell came from the Land of Silence. Boruto and others decide to head to a black market in the Land of Silence and gather intel regarding the Hashirama Cell.

In "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 159, Team 7 finally locates Anato. Boruto and his friend try to capture Anato without harming him. However, Anato is too powerful and is able to deflect the Two-person Sealing Jutsu. Later, Victor arrives with his men who use advanced scientific ninja tools to capture Anato. Victor promises to give Anato proper medical treatment and asks Team 7 to return home. He takes Anato to his lab for further investigation.
