The official promo trailer for "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 177 shows Inojin preparing for the upcoming test alongside Boruto. Yamanaka clan are known for their expertise in transmission and sensing.

The clan has been responsible for gathering intelligence and now they have come up with a new sensory system. However, it needs to be tested before using and Boruto and Inojin are tasked with the operational test.

Fans can watch "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 177 online via live streaming on Crunchyroll. The episode is set to release Sunday, 3:30 a.m. ET.

In the previous episode, Sai and the ANBU inform Naruto and the others about their investigation at Victor’s medical company. Sai reveals that they discovered several documents inside Victor’s secret lab that link Victor and Deepa to the mysterious Kara organization.

Naruto learns that there are countless Kara Outers still present across the Five Nations. He is advised to shut down the borders for outsiders and prevent any Kara uprising in the village.

However, toward the end of the episode, Naruto announces that the gates of the village will remain open. He tells Sai and others that they need to up the surveillance but cannot stop people from entering the village.

The episode also shows Victor, who survived the Divine Tree incident. Victor is shown reporting to Jigen, another Kara operative. The fans are likely to meet Jigen, who is more powerful than Victor or Deepa, in the forthcoming "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" episodes.
