'Boruto: Naruto Next Generations' Episode 190 Preview, Spoilers, Synopsis: Naruto Meets Kawaki

It was a rather simple return-to-Konohagakure operation that snowballed into an S-Class mission after Kawaki and Garo's fierce battle. Konohamaru calls the Hokage to know more about Kawaki in "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 190. The new episode is titled "Escape."

The official preview trailer for "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 190 shows that the situation has gotten out of hand as Naruto heads to Ryutan City.

Naruto feels it is necessary for him to assess the Kawaki situation. Shikamaru believes they cannot let Kawaki enter the Hidden Leaf village and this is the reason the latter is kept in a laboratory. They suspect Kawaki could be an enemy.

Kawaki will attempt to escape from the laboratory as Sumire rushes to stop him.

"Kawaki is detained in the laboratory! Kawaki, who has been seriously injured is being held in the Scientific Ninja Tool Research Lab. Kawaki is hostile toward Sumire, who is kind to him & taking care of him," read the synopsis for "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 190, as Abdul Zoldyck tweeted.

In the previous episode, Garo arrives and announces Kawaki is the Vessel. Meanwhile, Team 7, Konohamaru, and Katasuke watch the drama unfold in front of them. Konohamaru asks Boruto and the others not to intervene.

Garo attacks Kawaki and the latter is able to dodge it. Kawaki transforms his arm into a weapon and goes after Garo.

The battle continues as Garo manages to exhaust Kawaki. Just when Kawaki seems to have lost the battle, the Karma activates.

Toward the end, Kawaki's new form easily beats Garo. Delta and Koji watch the entire battle. She wants to deal with Team 7 and company, but Koji wants her to let them take away Kawaki.

Koji wants to gather more intel about Boruto and Kawaki's Karma.
