Inching toward the much-awaited Kawaki Arc, "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" will explore Kawaki’s past in Episode 192. The upcoming episode is likely the last Vessel Arc episode.

The official preview for "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 192 teases Kawaki’s origin story. Meanwhile, Naruto wants to have Kawaki placed in Konohagakure.

The trailer for the upcoming episode shows Kawaki tormented by his past and how his father caused him great pain. Fans will learn more about Kawaki and Jigen’s relationship. Moreover, Naruto and the others will try to find out his role in the mysterious organization named Kara.

In the last episode, Kawaki, who escaped from the Advanced Technology Laboratory in Ryutan, is looking for something to eat and regain his strength.

Sumire’s pet Nue brutally mauled Kawaki’s arm but he could manage to flee from the facility.

Kawaki remains in critical condition as his arm is not healing quickly. Elsewhere, the guards at the lab are informed to thoroughly search the surrounding town to find Kawaki.

Sumire and Nue follow Kawaki’s bloodstains and finally locate him.

Sumire tells Kawaki Lord Hokage is arriving and he wants to talk to him. To gain Kawaki’s trust, Sumire opens up to him and she tells him her father implanted a weapon into her body to satisfy his twisted sense of revenge.

She further reveals when she was little she almost destroyed the Leaf Village, but Boruto and the others brought her back onto the correct path. However, Kawaki is still apprehensive about Sumire, Boruto, and the rest of the folks from the village.
