The official synopsis of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 216 is out on TV Tokyo detailing what happens in another dimension where Boruto, Sasuke and Naruto are battling against Isshiki.

The spoilers for the new episode also tease that Naruto will activate a new mode in the battle against this threat.

Naruto, Sasuke and Boruto have teamed up to protect their village Konohagakure and Kawaki. Isshiki is looking for Kawaki who will be his next vessel.

Meanwhile, Amado informs Shikamaru, Kawaki and the others that Boruto is the key to this fight.

In the last episode, Isshiki unveiled his true form and decided to attack Konohagakure in an attempt to get his hands on a new vessel named Kawaki. However, Amado alerted Naruto and the other Shinobi about Isshiki's plan to attack the village.

Konohagakure prepared to stop the threat but Isshiki was way more powerful than they imagined.
