Bow Wow-Erica Mena Update: Shad Moss Posts Cryptic Instagram Photo, Breakup Rumors Swirl

Days after “Love and Hip Hop” star Erica Mena teased she and fiancé Bow Wow were married, the rapper started breakup rumors with a cryptic Instagram post and several Facebook updates. The rapper made it seem as if he were going back to his player days on Instagram and lamented about losing someone on Facebook.

Bow Wow, whose real name is Shad Moss, shared a picture of himself from an old music video where women surround him. “I think my fans miss this guy. … Time to bring him back and I’m not talking about my hair,” he said to his 2.4 million Instagram followers.

But the 27-year-old didn’t stop there. He also issued several FB updates. “The worst feeling is when someone makes you feel special, then suddenly leaves you hanging and you have to act like you don't care at all,” he wrote to his 5.5 million followers.

“Every struggle in your life has shaped you into the person you are today. Be thankful for the hard times, they can only make you stronger,” he continued. “Sometimes we have to stop analyzing the past, stop planning the future, stop figuring out precisely how we feel, and just see what happens.”

Bow Wow’s last post made it seem as if he just finished a fight. “Don't raise your voice. Improve your argument,” he said.

Mena, also 27, didn’t put up the same type of messages on her social media account. She simply shared a picture from a photo shoot with a simple caption: “mood.”

In fact, she seemed happy. "Oh Man! I'm feeling so good! Literally feeling amazing," she tweeted Monday before Bow Wow's mysterious posts.

But things got strange when Bow Wow left two emoji-filled comments on her posts. Bossip took screenshots: One of the posts had a bunch of skulls and other, dozens of Xs.

The couple has not revealed if their engagement is off.
