Brad Pitt’s Rumored Girlfriend Neri Oxman Denies Dating Angelina Jolie’s Estranged Husband

Despite months of ongoing rumors, Brad Pitt is not dating Neri Oxman. The MIT professor briefly addressed the ongoing rumors linking her to Angelina Jolie’s estranged husband amid the couple’s divorce and custody battle.

After the “Maleficent 2” star filed for divorce in 2016, rumors began to circulate linking Pitt to Hollywood actresses like Jennifer Lawrence and ex-wife Jennifer Aniston. However, he was eventually tied to Oxman, which resulted in a media frenzy.

Even though the actor’s rep never confirmed dating rumors between the two, in a new profile with The New York Times, Oxman denied having a relationship with the Pitt. Instead, it was revealed she has been seeing hedge funder, William A. Ackman.

Although Oxman hasn’t dated Pitt, it doesn’t mean she is completely opposed to spending time with him. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology faculty member revealed she is interested in teaming up with the “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood” star for a project.

Oxman, who is a professor of media arts and sciences at the university, described Pitt “as the last of the Mohicans in post-Netflix Hollywood,” saying, “He brings together the timely and the timeless, which is what cinema is all about.”

The 54-year-old’s desire to visit MIT’s media lab in 2017 involved reaching out to Oxman, which sparked the dating rumors. In May 2018, Us Weekly reported the two were carrying on a long distance relationship due to the professor’s job on the east coast and Pitt’s residence in Los Angeles.

“Brad and Neri are still very much in each other’s lives, although not as much as he would like,” a source told the publication. “She will come out to L.A. to visit him this summer as he is filming, but she has a life of her own in Boston.”

While Oxman denies the romance, she revealed she made the most of her 15 minutes of fame by manipulating the paparazzi. During her NYT profile, she admitted when photographers would follow her around due to her rumored relationship, she carried a famous textbook, “The Feynman Lectures on Physics,” to promote science.

While Oxman appears content in her career and relationship with Ackman, Pitt has been focused on maintaining an active role in his kids’ lives. Though, the actor has yet to reach an amicable agreement with Jolie over their six kids.

“Angie is extremely hard to deal with, period. She wants what she wants, and no one is going to tell her otherwise,” a source told Us Weekly earlier this month.

Pitt and Jolie have yet to finalize their divorce and continue to battle one another over a permanent custody arrangement for their children.
