Brisbane Airport Delays Flights After Woman Drives Onto Tarmac

A woman drove her car through a fence and onto the tarmac at Brisbane Airport in Australia Wednesday, delaying all flights from landing or taking off.
The official Twitter account for the airport tweeted at 10:45 p.m.. local time that flights will be experiencing delays due to a security matter.
BNE will experience delays due to a security matter.Please check with your airline for any schedule changes before coming out to BNE tonight

ABC news reported shortly after that a woman breached security by driving her car onto the tarmac, which prevented several planes from landing.
The airport resolved the situation in less than an hour and there were no reported injured -- though the woman was seen by paramedics.
On Twitter some people were sympathetic to the anonymous woman’s plight while others expressed concern.
It can be confusing as hell driving around Brisbane airport at night and I could see someone crashing through a fence no worries.
