Britney Spears wants her dad to be "suspended immediately" from her conservatorship or she and her estate could suffer loss and injury, according to her latest court filings.

The "Baby One More Time" singer's lawyer, Samuel Ingham, filed new documents on Tuesday requesting that her dad be removed from her conservatorship and make Bessemer Trust Company the sole conservator of the Hollywood star’s estate. The singer and her attorney also claimed that her dad, Jamie Spears, hired Michael Kane of Miller Kaplan as a business manager without consulting her about the replacement fees.

"The Oct. 28 letter is a blatant attempt by [Jamie] to retain full functional control of her assets, books and records in the face of Britney's objections, Tristar’s resignation and the appointment of Bessemer Trust," the documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight read.

"His simple litigation strategy is to introduce a new gatekeeper who admittedly has a major working relationship with his legal team. Therefore, Britney will be filing a petition to remove James as conservator of the estate."

The "Stronger" hitmaker's lawyer also said that Spears and her estate will suffer loss and injury if Jamie will not be suspended immediately upon the appointment of Bessemer Trust, ET noted.

Spears' conservatorship was implemented in 2008 after she suffered several mental breakdowns. Under the arrangement, she has no legal control over her estate or financial and personal assets as those rights were granted to her father and a lawyer, Business Insider reported.

Spears has been requesting for her dad to be removed as her permanent conservator. In a court document in August, it was disclosed that Spears "strongly opposed to having [Jamie] return as conservator of her person." Instead, she preferred to make her longtime care manager Jodi Montgomery her permanent conservator.

"We are now at a point where the conservatorship must be changed substantially in order to reflect the major changes in her current lifestyle and her stated wishes," the document revealed.

Spears' makeup artist Maxi shared recently that her conservatorship is controlling her life. She would have had a baby and would have had married her boyfriend Sam Asghari if not for it.

Meanwhile, Spears' friend Paris Hilton has expressed her love and support to the singer amid the latter's conservatorship battle.

"I just love her so much. I feel like if you are an adult, you should be able to live your life and not be controlled," Hilton said.
