Brittany Murphy's death certificate was released Tuesday and indicates the actress' cause of death as deferred, TMZ reported.

The death certificate does not include the father's name listing his name as unknown. The manner of death is pending investigation.

The 32-year-old actress died December 20 after suffering a cardiac arrest at the Los Angeles home she shared with her husband, Simon Monjack, and mother, Sharon Murphy.

Brittany was found collapsed in her bathroom by her mother. She was then taken to hospital where shye was pronounced dead on arrival.
