BTS' 'King Of Social Media' V Earns 5.5 Million Likes On Instagram

BTS member V just proved that he is the "King of Social Media." On Monday, the second concept photo of the "Dynamite" singer for the group's much-awaited single "Butter" was released and, as usual, it became a huge topic online again.

The new "Butter" teaser featured the hitmaker looking bold and classy in his beautiful sheer white ensemble. It had a close-up shot of his face, which most of his fans call a "National Treasure."

The stunning accessories V donned in the teaser photo added life and some chicness to it. The photo has already garnered more than 5.5 million likes on Instagram and more than 1.3 million likes on Twitter.

The latest snap got likes from not just his avid followers, as several celebrities also shared their love for the idol. Among the popular personalities who liked V's second "Butter" teaser were visual artist James Jean, Indonesian actress Gege Elisa, Marie Claire Korea's digital content director Min Ji Jim and Variety/Rolling Stone's digital marketing manager Kristen Kwak.

If that was not enough, V's latest concept photo for "Butter" was reportedly the first to achieve three million likes among the solo teasers released on Instagram. This proves that the K-pop star remains the "King of Social Media."

The singer also shared a new update about his upcoming mixtape, "KTH1," on Weverse platform Sunday.

When a fan requested a teaser of the idol's yet-to-be-released mixtape, V replied that he couldn't make a teaser due to his hectic schedule. When asked if "KTH1" would release next year, V said it is also highly unlikely as he has not finished working on it. The BTS member even confessed that he hadn't listened to his tracks for quite some time now and hinted at restarting it again.

V also shared a never-before-seen photo of him. When a fan requested him to post another photo, he refused, saying he had not taken many selfies lately.
