Carmelo Anthony Spotted Without Wedding Ring Amid Reports He Cheated On Wife La La

Carmelo Anthony was spotted without his wedding ring Tuesday amid reports that he and his wife Alani “La La” Vazquez have split. The New York Knicks forward is rumored to have cheated on the television personality with a dancer.

Anthony apparently ditched the wedding ring after La La was seen without her ring over a week ago when she moved out of their house, according to TMZ. She is reportedly staying alone in New York.

Neither of the two has publicly addressed the reports about their split and it remains unclear whether they will divorce. TMZ reported that there is zero chance of reconciliation between the couple who wed in 2010.

Earlier in the day, TMZ reported Anthony made the dancer pregnant. The woman reportedly works at a gentleman’s club in New York and is about seven months pregnant with Anthony’s child.

However, sources told Entertainment Tonight that Anthony and La La’s separation was amicable and "a long time coming." The two, however, have "much respect for one another."

"They have had issues for a couple years, but always worked through them for [10-year-old son] Kiyan," the source told Entertainment Tonight. "No divorce papers have been filed and as of right now, this is just a separation. No one knows what will happen in the future but there are no plans to move Kiyan out of New York City and nothing will change for him."

Other sources also told the entertainment website that reports about Anthony cheating on La La with the dancer are false.

"Carmelo has told La La and those close to him that these rumors about him impregnating a dancer are not true," a source told the website.

Anthony and La La, who exchanged vows in July 2010, are parents to 10-year-old son Kiyan.
