Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic) justified their hot and heavy reconnection at the end of episode 7 of "Castle" Season 8 by declaring it a "time out from the time out." Well, it looks like that time out might get extended because the couple are taking an impromptu vacation in episode 8, "Mr. & Mrs. Castle."

According to ABC's synopsis for the new episode, Castle and Beckett are on the case of a murdered cruise ship entertainer, so, of course the pair go to check out the boat. However, while they are sniffing around the crime scene, the ship sets sail, stranding the on-the-outs-lovers at sea.

The promo for the episode reveals that Castle is loving it.

"I think your crime scene is making a run for it," he chides at Beckett when ship starts moving.

Later, he starts channeling "Titanic."

"I'm king of the world," he shouts.

Will Castle and Beckett's cruise ship conundrum give them the chance to rekindle their relationship? At the end of episode 7, the couple's anniversary dinner, which Castle only earned with the help of confetti and balloons, ended in the couple getting a bit intimate as they took their aforementioned "time out from the time out."

“Kate…I have never given up hope. Not since the day we met. And that will never change until you tell me it should," Castle told his wife.

With the upcoming episode's teaser title -- "Mr. & Mrs. Castle" -- it looks like the dreaded "Caskett" separation might finally be nearing the light at the end of the tunnel. It is the winter, after all!

Will Castle and Beckett get back together before the winter break? Fans will have to wait to find out. "Castle" airs Mondays at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
