Catelynn Lowell, Tyler Baltierra Reunite With First Daughter Carly After 2 Years

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra just reunited with their eldest daughter, Carly.

In 2009, Lowell, 25, and Baltierra, 25, put their first daughter, Carly, up for adoption. This weekend, they got to meet her for the first time in two years. Baltierra was very excited for their reunion. Just hours before they met, the celebrity daddy wrote on Twitter, “Today is the day! After 2 years we finally get to see Carly in just a couple hours.”

In a post on Instagram, Baltierra shared a photo of their second daughter, Novalee, 2. “On our way to see Carly!!! Can’t wait to watch this cutie play with her birth sister #OpenAdoption #Blessed,” he wrote in the caption.

Later that day, Baltierra posted more updates about their reunion with their first child on Twitter. According to him, Carly ran right to him with a huge smile on her face while he was holding her little sister, Nova. Lowell was also very happy to see their two little ones together. Carly and Nova played together and enjoyed each other’s company. In fact, the proud dad said that Carly even pushed Nova’s stroller and held her.

Although Baltierra and Lowell were happy and excited about their reunion, they did not post any photos with Carly. According to E! News, the couple and Carly’s adoptive parents agreed that they would not upload any photos of their meeting on social media.

This is not the first time that Baltierra, Lowell and Nova have visited Carly. However, Nova was still a baby when they previously visited her older sister. In April, the “Teen Mom” star shared a throwback photo of her two daughters on Instagram. Last week, she also teased their upcoming reunion on her social media page.

“Sooo I get to see Carly this Aug!!! We are so excited and I cannot wait for nova to see her again!!! #blessed #Adoption,” Catelynn wrote on Twitter.

In 2015, Lowell revealed that they maintain a good relationship with Carly and her adoptive parents. “Our relationship with Carly and Brandon and Teresa is really good,” the “16 and Pregnant” star told E! News. “You definitely see us this season have a huge conversation with them where we all sit and talk about things. I think that helped a lot. It was definitely an intense moment but our relationship is still very open.”

Lowell has also denied the rumors claiming that Carly’s parents cut off their communication. She described those reports as “lies” and encouraged everyone to not always believe whatever they read. From the looks of it, their relationship seems to be amicable as they still get to visit Carly.
