Chris Brown And Rihanna Back Together? Karrueche Tran Breakup Supposedly Made Rihanna Happy

Could Rihanna and Chris Brown be getting back together? The “Four Five Seconds” singer is elated her ex-boyfriend and Karrueche Tran are no longer an item, Hollywood Life reported Tuesday.

Rihanna, 27, supposedly didn’t think Tran was a good match for the “Loyal” singer. She thinks her ex needs “someone that will challenge him mentally. He needs someone to understand him for who he is and never, ever judge him,” an insider told Hollywood Life exclusively. Additionally, he “needs someone who’s equally yoked” and Tran “doesn’t cut it.”

Even though Tran, 27, and Brown, 26, are no longer together, Brown and Rihanna didn’t have the best relationship. Brown was arrested in 2009 after he assaulted Rihanna before the Grammy Awards. Pictures of her bruised face went viral, and his squeaky-clean image was expunged for good. The couple soon made up, but in 2013 they called it quits. Brown supposedly cheated on RiRi with Tran.

An old video of Tran mocking the Barbadian beauty was unearthed by Media Take Out Tuesday. In the 15-second clip, Tran says, “I wish I was the only girl in the world, but my boyfriend don’t love me.” The model does so in a bad accent and laughs throughout the video.

In a different article, MTO said it was “all but confirmed” that Rihanna and Brown were together again. "Right not they're just cut buddies, but those two have real feelings for each other. It's only a matter of time before they get serious,” an insider said in a different article.

MTO gave examples that Rihanna and Brown could be getting back together, including him supposedly giving her his seat at the 2015 BET Awards and the two wearing the same hat.

Neither Brown nor Rihanna has issued a statement about reigniting their old flame.
