Chris Brown-Rihanna Update: Tyga Pushing Brown To 'Settle Down' With Rihanna, Wants To Go On Double Date

As ties between Chris Brown and his former girlfriend Rihanna begin to thaw, Tyga has an advice for the "Loyal" singer on relationships. Tyga, who is dating the 18-year-old Kylie Jenner, wants his close friend Brown to focus on settling down with Rihanna without messing around.

“Everyday [Tyga] wakes up next to [Kylie] he’s thankful. Gone are the days where he’s banging everything he sees when he’s on tours,” a source told Hollywood Life, adding: “He loves his home life and being with one woman who loves him unconditionally and he wants his brother Chris to experience this same lifestyle."

Tyga and Jenner, who were spotted getting close in Mexico after the teenager’s 18th birthday, were rumored to be getting married after Jenner was spotted with a ring. Tyga and Jenner are also looking to go on a double date with Brown and Rihanna, Hollywood Life reported.

“Tyga doesn’t want Chris to be that 30-year-old rapper still out there in the clubs, popping bottles, taking the whole club home to the mansion in the early morning hours — that’s tired and old. He’s really pushing Chris to settle down, with Rihanna, and start making those lifelong memories with her just like he’s doing with Kylie,” the source added.

Reports Tuesday said that Brown was still buying gifts for his former girlfriend Karrueche Tran. Tran and Brown broke up after it was revealed that Brown fathered a daughter named Royalty with another woman, Nia Guzman. His family attorney, Bo Nichols, told Hollywood Life that a Sept. 11 date has been set to settle the custody battle for his 1-year-old daughter.

“Even though Chris has been talking to Rihanna and hooking up with random girls on the road, he’s still buying Karrueche expensive gifts,” another source told Hollywood Life, adding: “It’s mainly shoes. He just bought and sent her a $2,000 pair of Louboutin boots with a note saying they reminded him of her and that he thought she would look great wearing them.”

Although Brown and Rihanna have not disclosed whether they were seeing each other again, reports said that the former lovers were trying to put aside their differences. In 2009, Brown allegedly physically abused Rihanna and was charged for domestic violence. Their relationship ended in 2013.

“Rihanna wants to see Chris and Royalty together. She’s heard all about how much he loves his daughter and she wants to witness that,” an insider reportedly said, adding: “That’s a side of Chris she hasn’t really seen and man, she wants to. To her, there’s nothing sexier or more attractive than a man who adores his daughter.”
