Chris Pine and longtime girlfriend Annabelle Wallis have parted ways after being in a relationship for nearly four years.

“Chris and Annabelle have broken up,” a source told US Weekly on Wednesday. The source added that the stars “haven’t been together for a few months now.”

The reason for the split is yet to be known as the two actors always kept their relationship private. The couple did not even make their relationship Instagram official nor did they make a red-carpet debut even when they first sparked rumors in 2018 after they were seen at London's Heathrow Airport at the time.

An exclusive report from US Weekly in 2018 said the British actress was in another relationship when she met Pine. The actor pursued her until the fling turned into a long-term relationship.

“Chris was very attentive and wooed her to get her attention away from the other guy,” a source revealed at the time.

Another source also told the outlet about the pair’s strong attraction for each other which was undeniable during one celebrity event.

“Chris and Annabelle hardly separated throughout the evening and couldn’t take their eyes off each other,” an eyewitness told the outlet about the former couple’s date night at Black Cow Vodka’s Edible Land and Seascapes launch in 2018. The eyewitness added that Pine and “The Mummy” actress “arrived together and left together.”

In January 2019, the "Malignant" actress was spotted kissing Pine on the cheek at a New York City party for the premiere of Pine’s limited series, “I am The Night.”

“They looked very cozy and were adorable,” an eyewitness observed. “They talked for a long time, she kissed him on the cheek and later when he was talking to others, she kept checking on him, looking over at him the whole night — it was sweet.”

The pair was also spotted hiking together in Los Angeles in April 2020.

Pine, 41, was linked to his “Star Trek” co-star Sofia Boutella in 2017, prior to his relationship with Wallis.

Wallis, on the other hand, was in a relationship with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin from 2014 to 2016.
