Chris Soules Accident Update: ‘The Bachelor’ Star Called 911, Checked Driver’s Pulse Before Leaving
Chris Soules was arrested and released following the fatal car accident he got involved on Monday. Initial reports stated that “The Bachelor” star just left the scene. However, new sources claimed otherwise.
TMZ obtained and shared an audio of Chris calling 911 following the car accident that left Kenneth Mosher, 66, dead. In the recording, Chris sounded distraught and admitted that he “rear-ended-ended a guy on tractor.”
The reality star also announced that Mosher was unconscious and seemed to not be breathing. There were other individuals on the scene and he asked if anyone knows how to do CPR. Someone performed the CPR, but it was unknown if Chris or someone from the crowd did it. Chris said that he felt a pulse after the CPR. “I feel a pulse, yeah he’s got a pulse,” he said. He added that there was blood during the incident when asked.

Initial reports claimed that Chris immediately left the crime scene after the incident, but it seemed not to be the case. “What we know right now, he was there at the scene, the ambulance personnel showed up, and he just kind of walked away from it and then was picked up north of the scene by some individuals,” an official said, Entertainment Weekly reported.
Meanwhile, the police are yet to identify who picked up Chris from the scene. A source told People that someone picked up the former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant. A red truck down the road was spotted getting a hold of the star after the alleged hit-and-run incident. The still unidentified individual could be charged if he or she knew that Chris was leaving the crime scene and still helped him.
Soules was arrested on Tuesday, 1:16 a.m., but he was released on Wednesday after his mother posted $10,000 bail. Chris’ next court date was scheduled on May 2.
