Chrissy Teigen Asks Dr. Miami For Brazilian Butt Lift: How Snapchat Plastic Surgeon Responded

Sports Illustrated model Chrissy Teigen isn’t shy about expressing herself on Twitter. Despite the beauty regularly saying outlandish things, it was arguably unexpected when she contacted Michael Salzhauer, the Florida-based surgeon best known as Dr. Miami who is famous for filming plastic surgeries for Snapchat. Dr. Miami’s most popular procedure is the Brazilian butt lift and that’s exactly what Teigen wanted.

It all started when YesJulz, the social media maven dubbed “the Queen of Snapchat,” contacted Dr. Miami Wednesday about possible fat transfers since she was going to be in the area.

“Absolutely!!! Because not everyone is naturally blessed,” he wrote back. “100000% ! I'm excited. See you tomorrow! Bring your squad!”

That’s when Teigen involved herself in the conversation. “Hello. I want a butt,” she wrote Wednesday.

Dr. Miami was happy to make a deal. “I got you girl,” he tweeted. “I'll trade your new butt for @johnlegend singing ‘All of Me’ to my wife for our 22nd wedding anniversary next month. Deal?”

He continued: “I've got one waiting for you in my office. How quickly can you get to Miami?”

But Teigen might have just been kidding. She seemed unwilling to go under the knife. “Do u just have a tray of butts?” she asked.

Dr. Miami picked up that she was likely joking, too. “I enjoy operating on all my patients and it's always a bonus to work on celebrities, Teen Moms, and reality stars,” he told International Business Times in an email Thursday. “I've performed thousands of mommy makeovers and Brazilian butt lifts but working on Chrissy Teigen would be a highlight for my career. I'm sure she was just joking but I'm always here if she needs me.”

If she did decide to get work done by the renowned surgeon, she would be far from the first celebrity he operated on. In January 2016, he performed surgery on “Teen Mom” stars Farrah Abraham, Kailyn Lowry, Briana DeJesus and her sister, Brittany DeJesus. He did a consult with Jenelle Evans for a possible chin revision, but she never went through with the operation.

Briana, who transferred from “Teen Mom 3” to “Teen Mom 2,” had a breast augmentation, Brazilian butt lift and a labiaplasty, which is essentially when the outer labia of the vagina are trimmed. While the procedures are painful for most people to endure, the celebrity surgeon explained why people decide to alter their bodies.

People have labia envy. When they are intimate they want to feel comfortable,” Dr. Miami told Radar Online in May. “Labiaplasty is so popular because of social media, as well as pornography. Women see what the ideal is and they see what their labia is supposed to look like. It is sometimes genetic, or it can be caused by having a baby.”

Briana had all three procedures done at the same time. “It is really one long operation. She was in a lot of pain and it takes about two weeks to recover,” the Florida-based doctor told Radar Online. “I gave Briana a whole new body. Everything from the neck down is different and, in my practice, it is common to get this all done at once.”

In Briana’s case, the doctor wasn’t sure if her labia changed from pregnancy. “I do not know whether it came from the baby, or if she was just genetically born like that,” he said. “But we trim the extra lady bits and make it neat and tucked.” Dr. Miami added: “The scar heals really nicely and it just blends very well.”
