Christina, Tarek El Moussa Meet Tim Storey To Discuss Split: Report
“Flip Or Flop” star Christina El Moussa posted a photo on Instagram of her along with her estranged husband Tarek El Moussa and life coach Tim Storey. The details of their meeting were not revealed. However, according to a TMZ report Tuesday, the El Moussas met Storey to talk about their separation.
Sources close to the HGTV stars told TMZ that it was Tarek’s idea to have a chat with Storey, who is helping him cope with the divorce. Tarek wanted Christina to be a part of their meeting to discuss their co-parenting and friendship.
The TMZ report also said the El Moussas are not planning to get back together.
Christina recently opened up about the divorce in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
"Honestly, I'm doing really good. I'm in a really good place. The kids are really happy, they're healthy, Tarek and I are in a good spot. We have a lot of things that we're working on, cool things coming in the future, so we're just looking forward," Christina told Entertainment Tonight on Saturday.
"Tarek and I have worked together about 10 years, and we're going to continue to work together. We're getting along really, really well right now," the 33-year-old said.
The El Moussas separated last May following a fight and they made their split public in December. The following month, Tarek filed for divorce.
The two have moved on, but continue to be in contact for their children — 6-year-old daughter Taylor and 1-year-old son Brayden.
"I think, honestly, it's just like letting go of past resentment and living in the future, and remembering that kids are the priority. And we are going to be in each other's lives for forever, so we just decided to put the past in the past and move on," Christina told Entertainment Tonight. "We both put the kids first. We just decided to really get on the same page and both make sure we're doing the best we can. They are the biggest joy in my life and they are just happy, fun, amazing kids."
